Jurmala Bike Tour

Service Description

On this day trip we will be leaving Riga and using a range of specially built bicycle lanes as we head towards Jurmala. A 20 km flat ride from the capital of Riga. Once in the beach town we will have time to explore the surroundings of Jurmala on a guided bike tour, chill on the beach, have some free time and then decide do as a group at the end of our adventure if we ride back to Riga or use the train to return. As a private tour we are flexible for your needs. This is a lovely full day adventure for you and your group. We have a wide range of bicycles for your needs. Different sizes and styles, such as trekking bikes, upright city bikes, mountain bikes and even electric if you wish to make the ride a bit more laid back. E-bikes come at an extra fee of 25 euro per person on top of the tour price. Our bikes are equipped with water proof bags so you can be sure that your belongings will stay safe, helmets are included and our bikes are maintained for this kind of adventure. The tour guides are used to riding with people of all abilities but this tour should really be taken by those who want to ride, who can ride and who are confident to ride. Our city bike tour may be a better option for less experienced cyclists. We also pack waterproof rain jackets just in case! This is Latvia after all! But remember our summers are long and it gets light very early and dark very late in the midsummer months! Feel free to start your tour early if you wish to catch the beautiful sun rises! Or start later in the day and ride back into Riga over her bridges with the Sun setting. The Jurmala bike tour is one of our favourites.
