Payments for public tours
Payments for all public tours can be made at our office in cash or card or with an online card payment.
Payments for private tours
Payments for all private tours can be made at our office in cash or card, with an online card payment or an invoice. Pre-payment amounts are discussed with every client individually.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Refunds are given only in case when the tour/event has been cancelled at least 48 hours before the agreed start time. Changes for public tours are a subject to availability and depend on our public tour schedule, but will be accommodated without extra cost if possible
The tour provider SIA EAT LATVIA reserves the rights to cancel any tour or activity due to any reason while notifying the client about this prior to the booked activity if the client has provided us with their contact details.
Any client has the rights to voice their opinion about the quality of our services after or during the provision and in case of our fault they are eligible to a full refund.
Customers have to be aware that they are responsible for their own safety and well being during our tours and activities. No insurance is provided as a part of the package. Any damage done to our or a third party property is the financial responsibility of the client.
